How to Stay Relevant to Your Clients Today.

How do I ensure that my business always remains relevant and in demand with my target market?

It’s a great question and how you do that is you ask them.

It’s as simple as that because there’s only one group or one person or how you’re going to label them, depending on what your business is.

There’s only one person who knows what is relevant. That’s your marketplace.

This is the reason why it is so important to constantly ask and seek their opinion.

One thing that I have learned recently, which is very valuable is “Feedback should be like gold.”

Like good and bad.

I often say, “I’ll take the good, bad and I love ugly!

And the reason why I love “ugly” is because that’s the feedback that’s going to keep you relevant.

So what you want to do is to encourage that, reward that, and promote that.

Promote them by telling what they think and feel even if it’s bad, because that’s going to keep you relevant by taking in that information and adapting to what it is that your marketplace needs.
