Today’s topic is about ensuring how your leadership and your management teams are supporting your vision and ideas.
And what I typically advice my clients to do is using the 4A Method.
The First A Method: ASK
You need to ask your leadership team and your management on how they are feeling about a certain topic.
It could be culture, business objectives, or whatever it is, the alignment is key.
The Second A: ALIGN
Align the business objectives with their thoughts, and make sure that there is the best alignment possible, like looking for common ground or common objectives that you have.
The Third A: ADAPT
It’s so important that you adapt just constantly— adapting to the environment with new information that you have.
The Fourth A: ACCOUNTABILITY
Track and measure the progress or what results happen to be able to have that awareness of what the impact has been.
So in order to have your leadership or your management team really support your vision and ideas as an executive, you want to ASK, you want to ALIGN, you want to ADAPT, and you want to have ACCOUNTABILITY.
Thus, making sure that this is a recurring method that is used, until things stabilize.
This is what will really help.
