I don’t think a lot of entrepreneurs know what their problem is. You think it’s one thing, but it’s actually one other. The questions mentioned above are actually secondary questions.
The first question which I think most people miss (because they are so focused on the second question these days) is this: Do you have a service that people want? Do you even have an offer that people want? And have you tested it?
In my company, FutureproofX, we do validation testing. I don’t think a lot of people do.
I’ve seen a lot of money and time wasted and just thrown down the drain, like a Facebook slot machine for no good reason. So before you head into marketing, I would recommend that you first make sure that you have an offer, a service, I call it an exchange, in a raw humanly way. We like to exchange things. And we like it to be fair. An exchange that has been validated using data testing is what you should be focusing on before the marketing. I hope that you can apply that to your business.
